Job Summary:
RE/MAX Experts is looking for an experienced Call Center Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Utilize computing skills for data entry and management tasks
Meet and exceed call center performance targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in phoning and customer operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Drive)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferably resident in Tripoli
