Two simple things do most of the work: clear rules for every ad, and a way to flag the ones that break them.
Every ad must describe a real, legal item, sit in the right category, use genuine photos and carry the full price. Ads that break the rules — prohibited products, misleading text, recycled photos — are removed.
Every listing has a Report button. Reports go to our moderation team, and repeat offenders lose their account. Reporting takes seconds and is the most useful thing you can do for the next buyer.
How to reportBuyer and seller deal with each other directly. Knowing this is your best protection against people pretending to be us.
NeverTake your payment for an item. There is no Vivadoo payment or escrow for buyers. (The Pro wallet is only for sellers' advertising credit — it can never be used to pay for an item.)
NeverDeliver items. Any "Vivadoo delivery" or "Vivadoo shipping" offer is a scam.
NeverAsk you, by email or message, for card numbers, banking codes or one-time passwords.
NeverGuarantee or refund a private deal. Anyone promising that "in Vivadoo's name" should be reported.
Someone claiming to be Vivadoo asked for money or a code? Stop, and report it.
