Vivadoo.com (“Vivadoo”, “we”, “us”) runs the Vivadoo classifieds marketplace: the website www.vivadoo.com and the Vivadoo mobile apps (the “Service”).

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Service: visitors, registered users and professional (“Pro”) accounts. By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and post ads.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. Each person may hold one account; a Pro account represents a business.
• Keep your password and any login code to yourself. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us without delay if you believe someone else has used it.

• Each ad must offer one real item, property, vehicle, job or service, described accurately.
• Place the ad in the category that matches it and give its real location (governorate, district and town), as requested by the posting form.
• State the total price in the Price field.
• No duplicate ads: delete an old ad before posting the same item again. The same ad may appear once per governorate for a large stock with national delivery, once per district for a service, and up to 5 times per district for a job offer.
• Exchanges are allowed; an exchange ad may list no more than 5 reference models.
• Promoting a service is allowed only in the Services category. Pure advertising is not an ad.
• Ads may be reviewed by our moderation team before or after they appear.

Photos must show the item offered and may be used for one ad only. The following are not allowed in photos: recognisable minors; logos (except in the Jobs and Services categories); links to websites; images unrelated to the offer.

Ads must not contain terms unrelated to the item offered, keyword stuffing, links or redirections to other websites, political, sectarian, discriminatory, sexist or hateful content, or content linked to people or organisations responsible for crimes against humanity.

You may not offer anything whose sale is illegal in Lebanon, and in particular:

• Alcohol
• Tobacco and smoking products
• Drugs and narcotics, dangerous or illicit substances, and related objects
• Sexual or adult content and services
• Weapons (firearms, combat or self-defence blades), ammunition, explosives and hunting traps
• Medicines and parapharmacy products
• Slimming products and supplements presented as miraculous
• Protected, endangered or wild-caught plant and animal species
• Counterfeit goods and stolen goods
• Products bearing protected emblems (such as the red cross or red crescent)
• Personal data, official documents and identity papers
• Calls for private or humanitarian donations and searches for persons
• Offers that may lead to deceptive practices

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you grant Vivadoo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, display, copy, adapt, translate and distribute it on the Service and in Vivadoo’s marketing and social media channels, for as long as needed to run and promote the Service.

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you post.

• Boosts. A Pro can boost an ad as Featured, Premium or Top result. A boost bought on its own lasts 30 days.
• Packages. The Starter, Growth and Elite packages contain boost credits and a wallet bonus. Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, and a boost applied with a credit ends on that same date. Use your credits early to benefit from the full 30 days.
• Wallet. The Pro wallet holds credit that can be used only to pay for Vivadoo services, such as leads and boosts; package wallet bonuses are added to it. Wallet credit is not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and can never be used to pay for an item.
• Leads. Pros may be charged per lead (chat, WhatsApp, phone number reveal, leads generated by Vivadoo’s AI assistant, and unlocked contacts) at the prices shown in their account. When the same buyer contacts the same ad several times within the deduplication period, the Pro is charged only once, at the price of the highest-value channel used.
• Payment methods. Payments are made by Whish, Visa or Mastercard.
• Refunds. Payments are not refundable. Leads identified as invalid by Vivadoo’s automated fraud and duplicate checks are refunded automatically to the wallet.

Vivadoo may review, refuse, edit, suspend or remove any ad, and suspend or close any account, that breaks these terms or the law. Anyone can report an ad with the Report button; reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Vivadoo connects buyers and sellers. Vivadoo is not a party to any deal between users and offers no payment, escrow, delivery, guarantee or refund for the items offered. Check the item and the other party yourself, and read our Safety tips and Buyer protection pages.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, Vivadoo is not liable for ads, items, deals or the behaviour of users, nor for indirect losses, loss of data or interruptions of the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can close your account from the settings of the app, or ask us to close it through our contact form.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.

The Vivadoo name and logos, the website, the apps and their content (other than user content) belong to Vivadoo. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without our written permission.

We may update these terms. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes, and significant changes are announced on the Service or by email or notification before they apply. If you continue to use the Service after the changes apply, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law. Any dispute relating to them or to the use of the Service falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
